You leave from the Cayman Islands Yacht Club on a sailing catamaran, 43 feet long and 20 feet wide. The ride out can be under power or under sail. You choose the day. The point of it is Stingray City Sandbar: time in the water with the rays, with the boat nearby and the group to yourselves.

It is a flexible four hours. Besides the sandbar, the stops people ask for are a snorkel at Parry Reef, Rum Point, Kaibo, and Starfish Point. We will not promise all of them in one trip. Say what you want when you book and the day is built around that.

Stingray Sailing, whose boat this is, say they do not catch rays to show guests. Their approach is to treat them well and wait, and that the rays come. On a private charter they also say you can ask for an earlier start or a later afternoon.
